This session is a powerful reset for your body, mind and energy.
Using Breathwork and Life Force Kundalini Activation, you will release what's been weighing you down, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with the clarity, aliveness and joy that's already within you.
No experience needed. Nothing to do — just breathe and surrender. ♡
The Life Force Kundalini Energy is the essence of life that flows within us all — known by many names (Prana, QI, Chi, Kundalini).
In this session, we create a safe space for this energy to move freely, releasing what no longer serves you (whether that’s old emotions, blockages, or limiting beliefs), and aligning heart, mind, and spirit so you can live a life full of abundance, authenticity, purpose and joy.
What's included:
- Breathwork: active and intentional breathing exercises, guided by carefully curated music to support you on your journey and help you shed the old.
- Life Force Kundalini Activation: guided by a carefully curated and immersive musical journey, you will embark on a journey inwards. All you need to do is lie down and surrender to the energy. Your body's intelligence does the rest. You may experience tingling sensations, emotional release, spontaneous movement, profound insights, or moments of deep relaxation and stillness. Everything is welcome.
(If you have any back issues that would prevent you from lying down for an hour on the yoga mat, please let me know beforehand).
- Journaling and Integration: a short therapeutic writing practice to anchor the insights, visions, and clarity received during your journey. Turn your "aha" moments into lasting transformation.
- Sharing Circle: a heart-centered space to close the container, connect and reflect.
