Expect a strong Vinyasa Flow guided by music — electronic beats, live drums and singing bowls — moving from activation into deep relaxation and sound healing.
What to bring:
– yoga mat
– comfy clothes
– water bottle
– optional props (blocks, cushion, etc.)
